Monthly Training Schedule
The Club's training sessions are held weekly on Mondays and Thursdays. If you are considering attending a session for the first time please contact us in advance using the 'contact' button above.
In addition to the sessions detailed below, the Harriers join Oakwood Black Dog Runners each Sunday for a 'long steady run' which are excellent for building endurance especially for Half Marathon & Marathon runners. For more information please enquire.
Current Members should keep look out for changes to the schedule on our Members' Facebook page as weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances may require a last minute change to the schedule.
